    This Whole30 lemon chicken skillet with broccoli is my favorite quick 30 minute meal. Skillets are perfect for easy one pan meals that don't take all night and have easy clean up. The lemon in this Whole30 and Paleo recipe makes it light and refreshing and just adds a ton of flavor.

    Ingredients

    • 3-4 chicken breasts (I used three particularly large ones)
    • 3 cups broccoli florets
    • 1 cup Vital Proteins Organic Collagen Chicken Bone Broth (2 scoops + 1 cup water mixed well)
    • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 small lemon)
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Parsley and lemon slices to garnish
